Why do I need a Personal Trainer?
Personal Training is just that.... "personal".
From time to time we all need some direction, be it weight loss, weight gain, nutritional tips or even total life style change.
I believe that the Trainer that you choose must be able to tailor make a workout suitable for your actual needs and wants, ultimately assisting you on your journey to YOUR specific goals. The goals set for the client should be specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and timely. Once the initial consultation has been performed, including specific questionnaires, a fitness testing can be carried out. This will give the client a good benchmark when beginning an exercise programme. This enables the client to see how they are progressing and this test is reviewed after 8-12 weeks. Body Composition and Body Fat percentage can also be taken, this is of course optional.
